There are some controversies that just never seem to find a solution in our society. I sometimes wonder what God was thinking when he created different races of people. It would be easier if we were all the same. Maybe He enjoys watching us learn to deal with our race differences? The reality of the situation is there will always be differences in our society related to religion, race, politics, and opinions. One huge issue that doesn’t seem to stop is interracial relationships. How do you feel about this issue? Do you find them acceptable or do you have personal reasons to be against them? Everyone will have a different opinion on the subject.
You can go online and take advantage of the various online dating sites that encourage the idea of interracial relationships. This is a great idea I think. It is an individual choice to participate in such activities. As long as both parties are willing then what is the harm? We all choose our own partner based on our own desires. I really don’t understand why so many people are opposed to interracial relationships. Why do we care who someone else is with?
I once took a Psychology class where we had a very interesting discussion on the issue of interracial relationships. There was a Caucasian girl who asked our profession if she would consider dating outside of her own race. Her reply was that she wasn’t sure. She didn’t believe she would have much in common with such a person. I guess her perception was people from other races weren’t as educated as herself?
